The Villa has also front and side patios with tables, chairs and barbecue to choose your eating area for sun or shade. There is also a large roof terrace with sun-beds and parasol, somewhere to have a lovely evening under the stars.
The villa is 10-15 minutes walk to excellent beaches of gently sloping sand, safe for children to swim and play. Close to restaurants and shops.
The Swimming Pool is set in a pleasant garden area to the rear of the villa, for the use of Residents and their guests.

The Accommodation ; Lounge with Sofa Bed, easy chairs, dining table. TV, Radio/CD player. Kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

There are two Large Bedrooms, one with a King size Bed the other a twin bedded room each with fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. All linen, towels, the use of iron and hairdryer are included
